Emerging from a bankruptcy sale after years of neglect, this complex retains 76% occupancy with many long-term residents. The previous owner made significant upgrades like new elevators and roofs, and the buyer plans further improvements to address remaining problems, enhance common areas, and improve security. Located in a globally recognized investment market, Marbury Plaza benefits from agreements with local authorities and tenants to reset expectations. JDI closed the loan in just 11 days after another lender faltered, underscoring our ability to support complex turnarounds swiftly.
