Ben joined JDI in May of 2023, where he is involved in all aspects of operations including asset management, investor relations, diligence and underwriting. In 2022, Ben graduated from Kalamazoo College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and English, while playing for the college’s baseball team. Shortly thereafter, Ben earned a postgraduate certificate in Real Estate Investment Modeling from Cornell University. Originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan, Ben presently resides in Chicago’s Lakeview East neighborhood.
