Prior to joining JDI in 2003, David had 13 years of diverse real estate acquisitions and finance experience. He held several corporate positions with Security Capital Group, focusing on raising equity/debt capital and strategic development for the firm’s public and private REIT affiliates. Prior to Security Capital David was Vice President of Acquisitions for Klaff Realty in Chicago. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago (1996) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from the University of Michigan (1989). David is married and has two children.
