Maggie is a Senior Vice President at JDI and is responsible for sourcing debt, equity and loan purchase investment opportunities. Previously, Maggie held numerous senior executive positions including most recently Director of Acquisitions for Klaff Realty. In addition to other real estate and finance roles in her career of over 20 years, Ms. DeWoskin was Senior Vice President - Head of Special Assets and Portfolio Management for Byline Bank where she led a team that was responsible for the resolution of over 1,500 non-performing and sub-performing loans and disposition of over 500 OREO properties. Ms. DeWoskin was also the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Operating Officer of ORIX Real Estate Capital. In 2006, she was named in Crain’s Chicago Business “40 under 40”. She holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Maggie has two children. She and her family most enjoy spending time traveling throughout the US and abroad.
