Mark is a principal of JDI Realty, LLC and has run its regional office in Cleveland, Ohio since its inception. Prior to joining JDI in 1995, Mark served for over ten years as an investment banker with Cleveland-based McDonald & Company Securities, most recently as a Senior Vice President within their real estate capital formation group. Mark graduated with honors from the University of Notre Dame in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature. In 1984, he received a Juris Doctorate degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Mark has been active for over two decades with two related non-profit entities that secure and allocate public and private capital in order to strengthen Cleveland’s neighborhoods. Additionally, Mark is involved as a member of the Board of Directors of Flashes of Hope, a non-profit organization that actively raises money to accelerate a cure for pediatric cancer while, through the gift of photography, working to change the way children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses see themselves. Married to Loretta since 1983, they have three adult children.
