Phillip is a Vice President at JDI Realty and is responsible for sourcing both equity and debt investment opportunities. Before joining JDI, Phillip worked for a global investment bank within their non-traded REIT and Delaware Statutory Trust practices with direct responsibilities for the nationwide sourcing, modeling, underwriting, and acquisition of various types of real estate assets. In addition to the knowledge acquired from his previous roles with a real estate private equity firm and a diversified real estate development company, Phillip brings a strong set of interpersonal skills along with a high level of passion and attention to detail in JDI’s real estate practice. In 2016, Phillip graduated Magna Cum Laude from Niagara University, completing his degree in Finance in three years while also participating as a member of the Men’s Division I Hockey team. Phillip spent one year in Europe playing professional hockey before entering the real estate marketplace. Phillip presently resides in New York, New York.
