Rob is a principal of JDI Realty and focuses on generating new debt and equity transactions. Since joining JDI in 2003, Rob has been instrumental in closing over $1 billion in real estate investments, discounted real estate note acquisitions and real estate secured bridge loans. Prior to JDI, Rob obtained abundant real estate experience as Senior Vice President for Builders Bank and as Vice President and General Counsel for Klaff Realty, both in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to 1998, Rob was a real estate attorney at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and Barack Ferrazzano, Kirschbaum, Perlman and Nagelberg. Rob received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University in 1991. Rob received a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law in 1994. Rob is married and has three children. Outside the office, Rob has completed two ironman triathlons and is an avid cyclist.
