Sam Sherman joined JDI Realty in September 2024, where he focuses on identifying and executing both debt and equity opportunities. Prior to JDI, Sam worked in M&A Consulting at Deloitte and for a Real Estate Private Equity firm focused on value-add multifamily investments. At JDI, Sam specializes in multi-tenant industrial assets and is working to establish a niche in the manufactured housing sector. Sam thrives on building relationships with emerging sponsors across various asset classes, exploring collaborative strategies to deliver strong returns for JDI’s investors. He has experienced success in sourcing short-term bridge debt placements, and he is eager to continue refining his expertise in this area. Known for his collaborative mindset, Sam approaches every task with a commitment to adding value any way he can. Sam graduated with a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and cooking.
