Acquired by a real estate firm in 2021, the hotel underwent an extensive renovation and reopened in 2024, now operating under new management since December 2024. Located in the lively Frenchmen Street district, this boutique property is poised to capitalize on New Orleans’ vibrant tourism scene. The loan also includes a 2.5-acre multifamily site in Gresham, Oregon, and an 11.1-acre industrial parcel in Ellensburg, Washington, both acquired through foreclosure and slated for future development.
