The site is located in an industrial park just five minutes from I-85 and under four miles from downtown. Constructed in 1975, the property features six 8,060-square-foot units with 18-foot ceilings, overhead doors with dock access, full sprinkler systems, heating, and a new roof added two years ago. This acquisition marks another strategic move by JDI into the sought-after industrial sector.
